MC Cyclery utilises Australia post's E-parcel system for smaller items and courier for all larger products. We keep all of the postage details on record so that we are able to guarantee that the products sent out will reach the customer. We include this shipping cost to any address within Australia on all of our internet prices to ensure there are no hidden costs to get the products delivered to your door. Upon the departure of goods from our store, you will be notified via email and you will receive the relevant tracking numbers so you can see exactly where your goods are!

Complete Bikes

Bikes must be bought and picked up in store.

Delivery timeframe:

- Sydney Metro: Usually 3 business days if in stock from supplier

- NSW country and other capital cities: Usually 4-6 business days if in stock from supplier

- Other areas: Up to 9 business days or more, depending on availability

Refund & Returns

MC Cyclery will refund the full purchase price of the returned goods if the following procedures are followed:

- You must advise MC Cyclery of the return via email within 7 days of purchase

- The goods must be returned within 7 days of notification of the return

- Goods must be in original packaging and not opened, used or damaged

- A Photocopy of the original receipt must be included with the returned item

- Goods that are returned due to a customers incorrect choice of colour or size will be obliged to pay for the freight charge on the goods

- No refund will be given to goods that are special orders or items not usualy in stock

MC Cyclery does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Email

It is the policy of MC Cyclery to send our members emails throughout the purchasing process and other Newsletter emails they elect to receive. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the member's request. In addition, MC Cyclery will send out promotional material to its Newsletters subscribers promoting material related to MC Cyclery.
